Shop Policies

Items will be refunded ONLY if Engrave-Cave has made an error while processing your order. You may return an item within 5 days if we are at fault. Customers who do not enter correct information, or do not follow listing directions do not qualify for a refund. We process orders very quickly, so please be certain of your purchase, as no refunds will be made after order have been engraved. Please, quickly advise us of any problem or need to return (due to our error) as we are always happy to help and want our customers completely satisfied!

Please be aware when dealing with glass, metal and wood products, there will be imperfections within the glass, metal or wood itself from the manufacture or casting process, as well as natural flaws in wood. We avoid severe flaws, but minor flaws cannot be avoided and are to be expected and often give the piece a unique look. All of our items are purchased new, and handled with care during the engraving process. Please know, all wood from product to product varies. The darkness of engravings will very slightly from photos as each wood engraves differently.

When ordering, you are instructed to read our shop policy. When you purchase, you are acknowledging you agree and understand our terms and policies.

We engrave and ship items via USPS within 3-5 business days. Shipping my be extended slightly during busy holiday seasons.
